Due to expansion a leading manufacturer has a new vacancy for a HR Officer, initially a six-month fixed term contract but the position could be made permanent. The successful candidate must have proven HR generalist experience gained within a fast-paced environment and be CIPD qualified.

Reporting to the Human Resource Manager you will be joining the company at a time when they are experiencing growth and expansion, its therefore important the successful candidate has good generalist experience and a track record of delivering excellent supporting to managers and employees.
You will assist in the day to day employee relation requirements, performance management matters, absence management, training & development plans and the recruitment of new starters and their inductions.
CIPD qualified A degree or equivalent in a related subject. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Strong generalist experience Strong IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will need to have a proactive and positive approach to the job, being results focussed with the ability to influence and build relationships.
